Just pull up on the tube and apply it liberally underneath, then let it down and caulk the H E double hockey sticks out of the rest. once you got it all filled in, have a cup of water with alot of dishwashing soap to dip your fingers in and smooth it out. keep a rag nearby because if any of the butal rubber sticks to your finger you will be pulling spiderwebs of it. keep dipping your fingers and smoothing it out. And have at least the recommended dry time before you start the engine. also seal the other side of the box where the fitting goes through to the intake tube to the engine side.
