I have very fond memories of mushroom hunting in a large cow pasture down near the Hilo Zoo in Hawaii. It was on the flight path to the Hilo airport. You'd be standing there and 747s would be coming in for a landing , and it would be right in front of you. Pretty awesome!! As were the shrooms. Talk about seeing things!!
Those were the days! Here in florida the farmers use a built in fungicide in the feed to stop the production of the Muskativia spores from growing!!! No harm done unless you ate the wrong type which could blow your liver out if you survived! There's several varieties are good eating but can easily mistaken for the Silicibi'n variety which will bring you into or out of reality!
