Dont go cutting if it doesn't fit right. Call Wet Okole and get ones that work properly. They cost a pretty penny and you shouldn't have to compromise.
I've got them and they fit perfectly. I am sure they will send you out arm rest pieces that work. My dealings with Wet Okole have been that customer service was very good.
