A good lift for some light offroading on weekends or here and there i think is the Rough Country 3 inch lift. it's around $300.00 bucks. i have it on my truck.
But if your really going to get into offroading i would suggest a full kit like the OME 3 inch kits are a good work horse kit at around $700.00 bucks

Just my 2 cents.
