If it was caused by a rock (debris) then you have to go through your insurance co. If it was not caused by debris, and you can prove it, then you might have a case with Toyota doing it under warranty.

Typical charge is whatever your deductible is from your insurance carrier, unless you specifically have windshield protection written into your policy.
