I'm going to work on the ranking system right now.
I'll have to look into the voice chat.
As far as moving threads, thats a touchy issue. Often times when you move a users thread they get offended, even if you are trying to do them a favor. So we have to be delicate about that and often times decide wether its really worth it to move a thread and potentially offend a user for such a small issue.
We will look at it more closely tho.
