My experience was completely different. Every time I have call All Pro I talked with Terry or someone else with almost no wait time. Every time I ordered something I received everything that I expected and it was packaged well. My fox suspension kit arrived in two shipments because the jonny joints that were made for All Pro were made poorly. They called me to tell me there would be a delay.
They have been great for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
I'm loving my front bumper, although didn't buy it from All Pro direct (used). I did buy my large hoop light bar from them though. Will be getting sliders and full skids soon once I can afford it.
Can't comment on customer service because I haven't dealt with it too much.
I just order my air dam its my fist time using AP, Terry was real good and told me he was waiting for some parts Carlos and Pepe helpful too so far it a good experience for me, I just cant wait till it gets here cause i am a big kid. (One Oh sh#$ doesn't always have to wipe out the thata boys!) Thanks to every one for recomending AP to me

It took a two weeks for the air dam to ship, But the suppler of the hardware had stuff on backorder Yeah I would liked to of had it a week ago but I sure it will be fine when it arrives. I was a little nervous after some gripes on the forum because it was taking a while but it turned out ok. Terry was helpful I didn't think he was unreasonable to deal with.

Congrats plnfixr320 on the parts I really like All Pro because they have amazing products and Terry and the crew haven't treated me anything less than perfect, and the fact that they are on this forum FREQUENTLY makes things alot easier. Keep up the good work Terry Oh, i am going to get my rear bumper from AP soon
We appreciate everyones comments - both positive & negative. We wished that we had a chance to solve our customers problems before people post up on the forums so we can handle any issues in a timely manner, but very often people like to bash first and ask for help later. It also often happens that the true story of events gets "spiced up" because the customer is upset and wants to inflict maximum on the targets reputation - this isnt just against us, but nearly every company because the internet allows anyone to post anything, accurate or not.
