A few weeks ago I got the approval from my financial adviser (read my wife) to get some rock rails and a front bumper. So I call All Pro and talk to Terry. It is like 3pm on a Friday. He says he's got the goods in stock, so we load up and head down there. Traffic was horrible we got there at like 4:52 and they close at 5. I was thinking it would be a wasted trip. They were all cool though. I bought both bumpers, the hitch receiver, the rock rails and a light hoop. The guys helped me fit everything into the FJ however the rear bumper had to go on the roof rack. They help lift it up there and tie it down. Even had time to chit chat for a bit. I got out of there at like 5:40 well past closing time and they were not trying to rush me out the gate.

Got the goods like 3 weeks ago. I put on the front bumper and the rails the next morning and hit Cleghorn with my family and a friend and his family. That is where my avatar pic came from. The back bumper and the light bar went on Monday morning (i work nights) with the help of that same friend. Looks good and maybe some pics will be up in a few days.

Thanks guys, I really like the way the FJ looks without all the plastic on the front. The back is really not that different at first glance which I like. Even stock height and stock tires it looks more rugged. The front tires being exposed the way they are now really makes it easier to get up on top of things now.
