Best Dealer?

Sorry if this has already been discussed I couldn't find anything via search.

Who is the best/preferred dealer in the Phoenix (mesa, tempe, whatever) area for warranty work or other things that the dealer has to do warranty wise (think supercharger)?

If you have recommendations, I'd love it if you could tell me the actual mechanic and sales rep you worked with. Generally when I use a dealer I like to request a mechanic that I prefer to work on my vehicles since you really could get anyone.

TIA and happy thanksgiving!

Re: Best Dealer?

I know someone here has had to use the dealer for warranty work at some point? Just didnt' like your experience? If you have someone to stay away from I'd love to hear that too.

Has anyone tried that crazy chandler dealership yet that has the hair stylist, massage therapist, etc in their waiting area?

Hah indeed. I wonder if anyone will make fun of us for speaking (typing) to each other through an internet forum even though we're sitting on the other side of the couch from one another. ;-)

You mean Big Two? I live about a mile from them so I took my corolla and new 4runner to them a couple times. I can't say too much about them one way or the other because all my work has been really easy stuff and I just moved here at the beginning of the year. They seem ok to me.

I took my new 2007 4runner to them because it was making a flapping or rattling noise from somewhere underneath. They were going to have their shop foreman do a ride along so he could diagnose it, but as soon as he heard my description of the noise, he knew it was the roof rack that was loose. He tightened it up right there in line and said take it for a drive and if it still makes noise bring it back. It was fixed.

BTW, you still have to pay for the massage or haircut. I think the bottled water is free though.

Re: Best Dealer?

Jessa and I always talk to each other on the forum all thou see can see my laptop and I can see hers...

I didnt reply because I have no good experience with the dealers... I got Pumbaa from Superstition Toyota and they were great but when the management changed to Earnhardts... well lets just say the service writers have an attitude.
If you need a parts guy thou call Jamie hes the best!!!
