Arizona: Recommend a tire center?

I was told that my tires would be in on Monday and today is Friday. Other than Discount, can anyone recommend a good place in the Phoenix area that offer's good service and competitive pricing? Preferably same day installation and a large inventory would be great. Also if there are any locations with the hunter machine to deter the shakes for balancing then that would be a plus.

I am open to specialty tires like MT claws.

Thanks my AZFJ friends,

Sorry, we got ours at Discount Tire in Fountain Hills - great deal and installed in a half hour.

Ya if anybody has a good tire mount/balance/install place that would be most helpful. Baby has some new shoes and unless we get a rec we will probably just be going to Dicsount tomorrow morning!

Re: Arizona: Recommend a tire center?

I have been getting tires at Discount for years and have not had a problem, yet! If your not satisfied, tell them and they should make it worth your while! Where else can you get 5 BFG TKO's for under $800(with some wheeling and dealing)?

Actually we already bought the tires from discount...what we are concerned about is some lackey working there who is going to scratch the crap out of the rims putting the tires on!!

I wouldn't worry about the rims since they are going to scratched off roading anyways unless your vehicle is a mall queen.

Re: Arizona: Recommend a tire center?

Discount put a scratch on my Tacoma's rim and they sold me a set of BFG's for half price! One scratch, and I benefited two free tires!

Re: Arizona: Recommend a tire center?

285/70/17 Hankooks RT03s use to be cheap but now they are going for $201 a tire w.o the warranty and before taxes and the BFG's MT are going for $225 from Discount. They had the BFGs in stock but had to order the Hankooks. I think I am going with BFG's.
