SedonaFest Update

Ok a few things to note for those of you who aren't on Adventure4x4.net regularly...
Rain or shine we are gonna have a good time!
Friday is a casual thing...the only plannned events are:
A run at 4pm to Broken Arrow (those who do this would stay as a group on saturday)
Friday night do your own dinner thing....
Friday night fireside chat 8pm topic TBA, bring firewood if you can friday night

Sat eveyone will be assigned trail groups based on the info you gave, you will be with this group through your 3 trails of the day between 9-4ish...if you are coming up Sat am please be in Chavez Crossing Campground before 8:30am so we can finalize groups...
Sunset is 5:15pm so we are trying to make dinner happen around 5pm...I will come off the trails in the afternoon to get dinner started with a couple of other folks who will be in camp.
Dinner is Chilli & Cornbread cost $5, if possible bring a desert and I will have a huge pot of hot choc going for our:
Sat night Fireside chats...bring firewood if you can..
Allpro will speak on equipping your rig
Expeditioneers will present on African Safaris
We will have a talk on trail comm and maybe something else...
Each thing should last around an hour...from 6ish to whenever

If it rains we will setup tarps and awnings...we will do our best to have a great time...

Sunday wake & breakfast as you wish but the give-a-way will be 10am
lots of goodies from Allpro, Tuffy, Aeroflow, TrueFlow, DirtyParts, DesertDoor, and much much more!

then some camp clean up and lunch on your own...
Meet up at 1pm for anyone who has time for 1 last trail run which will be Smiley Rock from Jerome to near Prescott and then off to home 6ish...

This is a free event that we hope not only covers cost but raises some money for Daring Adventures the City of Phx group that takes Disabled Kids outdoors!

Re: SedonaFest Update

Smiley Rock is fairly easy except 1 section of rock garden wash bed and that has an optional bypass...the unique thing on the trail is the large boulder with naturally formed smiley face!
