we were out in 5 1/2 feet of it today- it was awesome... went snowshoeing & sledding, laughed at a bunch of snowboarders busting their a$$es- no lifts open yet on Hurricane Ridge (slow start to the snowy season)

that looks like a cool place near Payson pumbaa

I want to get Malia (our little one) in the snow since she has never seen it


also that place out of fountain hills that pullboy mention ? four peaks how far out is that ? and I take it there is not snow there that often ?

would love to find a place within a hour of phoenix/scottsdale area to take her quickly
