I had laperoscopic(spelled wrong) rotator cuff/bone shaved surgery about 6 years ago, my tendon looked like a sea anemone it was so shredded, they shaved the bone and cleaned up the tendon, the pain was minimal and because i was in such pain before hand it was way less after the surgery almost immediate relief(with the pain pills) I was only off work for 1 week, and i did the home exersizes he told me to do after the recheck on day 3, he released me on day 10 becuase i did what i was told to do for therapy! and because i could move just about painfree it was a easy recovery. I was told by the doc it was a takeaway surgery and i could not break/harm my shoulder by moving it, the pain i would feel was from the surgery itself and not to be afraid of reinjuring myself, so move my arm i did, and now i wish i had the surgery years before i really did!!! I hope yours goes as smoothly! DO YOUR THERAPY!!!!
the 4th huh, we will be heading out to mojave that day!!! (just rubbing it in a little!)
