I want to install an ARB Bull Bar with a winch, but I was told that I need to have a lift kit installed first. Any suggestions on which lift kit?

I just bought a certified used 2007 FJ Cruiser with over 36.000 miles on it, I didn't notice it at the time because I had the radio on, when I turned the radio off I hear a air noise when the engine is on and I press the brake pedal, I have isolated it to the brake pedal piston (if that is what it is called), whch is covered by a dust boot. I wonder is this sound normal for the FJ Cruiser or it should be looked a by Toyota service?

So basically I got a new car.
I use to drive the "princess kati" blue mustang...but it (for me) was way to small of a vehicle.
So I went on a search to find the perfect car that I could "accessorize".
When I went to go look for a new vehicle, the first one I looked at I bought. It was like love at first sight. 2008 FJ Cruiser..- metallic silver. Thats exactly what I was looking for, and these hoebags are hard to find!! All the dealerships around my area...
