The price of rice in China

Everyday I dive my daughter to school and the first thing she ask me is " Diddie, what are we going to talk about today?" I respond by saying "What about the price of rice in China?" Then she says "I don't want to talk about that. Let talk about which princess form Disney do you think is the prettiest." Well today is the day I am going to talk about the price of rice in China. Its not that I really care what the damn price is. I just would like to be able to talk about something that interest me. She is seven years old and I can't look at her and say "I don't give a f*** who is the prettiest princess." I look her staight in the eyes and say "Belle" and she looks and me and says "your wrong it Sleeping Beauty." Then being a man I say " I'm sorry you are right it's Sleeping Beauty." Am I the only one who has to go through the type of crap everyday. Its funny what goes through a childs mind. Here I am thinking "How the hell am I going to pay all the bills this month and did i forget to cut off the iron" and she is only worried about what princess is the prettiest. What would we do to get to go back to that type of pressure.

Elementary school teachers, like me, have to deal with this stuff daily! You only have to do it for a few years cause soon she'll be too old for that. Me, I have 14 more years till I don't have to discuss Disney with little kids anymore!
