And let me just say it was not a barrage of vulgarities it was several words that I later apologized for to his boss. Kurt Koch was the epitome of a gentleman. The only problem I had when talking to him was he promised to call me back the next day after contacting the Toyota rep. I waited 2 weeks and then finally called him. Then at 2 wks. and 5 days he responded to my call. They still are holding firm to the "Road Wear" excuse. But I work with a physician whose same model car is also chipping. And he's only had it about 7 months. I took my car to a man who has been dealing in cars for 50 years and he said I should keep after Milham because he never saw a car's paint chip like mine has. I was also at an appointment and saw a car just like mine in the parking lot and that paint was starting to chip too. I know Toyota doesn't want to own up to the flaw in the paint job. As for Terri not showing up at my job, unless he plans on being on Jerry Springer as a pregnant man I don't see much of a chance that I'll ever run into him. He took that way out of context. I can honestly say I have not been happy with any of the treatment I have received at Milham (with the exception of Kurt and Anthony Protia). And that is sad because I have no complaint about the way that my FJ performs. But when I go for a trade-in (which won't be with Milham) I'm sure I will lose money because of the poor paint job. So readers take heed before you fork out your hard earned money. Toyota does not back up their products.
