After summer hibernation...

It's finally off-roading season again in my mind at least. I have trail runs and mods lined up and totally looking forward to getting dirty again.

Later this month, I'll be on my way to Death Valley for a third time this year. I'll be traveling with familiar faces and will meet new people as well. I brought lunch

Posted 06-02-2008 at 01:04 PM by pokerDawg
With gas prices climbing and the fact I don't have an economy gas car. I decided to start bringing food from home. I spend $10 a day buying coffee and lunch. I can't stop putting gas in the car but maybe I can lose some weight and save some money being more conscious about my lunch.

Last week I went over to WAAG in Van Nuys to pick up their new roof rack basket. I really enjoyed going over there and seeing them in action.

I had the pleasure to meet with the owner, his daughter, and his staff. Gary was really great to speak with. I'm just another car owner out of thousands but he made time to listen and shares his ideas. He brought me in to see one of their CNC pipe bending machines do multiple bends in seconds. We spoke like we've known each other for...
