Manual transmission fill and drain plug location?

I have a 2014 MT FJ. I know it's different than older years like 07 to 09.
So please someone here who is DIY pro explain where is the manual transmission located, and also front differential.
If it's not too much trouble for you, please show in pictures.

When to do first oil change for engine/transmission/differential/transfer?

Dealer told me to change oil every 8000kms, even for the first oil change, and nothing about transmission, differential, transfer case fluid.
Should I just follow the time table from dealer or should I break the rule?
When did you guys change out those fluid for the first time of your new fj cruiser?
I know that the oil came with it after awhile will have a lot dirty stuffs in it that came out from new parts because the breaking in.
But how long is awhile for a new fj...

Manual tran break in period NEED HELP

I just got a new fj in manual transmission and I have to drive it back home in around 300 to 400kms high way. I knew that it needs a breakin period with in the first 1600kms, and I read some post says that I shouldn't drive it on a long distance high way trip when just got it. But how long is a long distance high way trip that will fail a proper breakin on new fj? And how should I drive it? How gentle should I be on this fj for the first 1600kms?
The fj I got has only 12kms on it, it's so...

It seems as if individuals in Minnesota "Twin Cities" are consistently having to puff their chests and show how incredibly manly they are. I drive a Murano, or I drive a Ford Escape.
