New Gas Tank Skids available! :)

Spoke to Bud about the other skid. If I remember correctly he said the it mounts to the frame and where the original skid mount plus it wraps the tank more. I am waiting for the better one.

rcd: since I'm installing my 3-piece set of Budbuilt, so have a chance to weigh them. Here are the skids weight comparison

OEM front: 14 lbs
OEM rear: 6 lbs

Budbuillt, front: 27 lbs
Budbuilt, mid: 41 lbs
Budbuilt, transfer case: 40 lbs

Have not receive the crossmember yet so don't know but will report back.

Just measured the OEM skids and the thickness is ~1.5mm (.060 inches). Bud's skids are .188 inches thick. I used a hydraulic jack to hold the skids up for the install. I installed the TRD CAI to offset the weight gain.

For the beefier fuel tank skid, would it be possible to incorporate a skid for the left lower control arm mount since it's about 2 inches outboard of the fuel tank?
