Things seldom heard in Canada

I heard the bonspiel was going tobe alcohol free.

Duct tape isn't going to fix that!

Come to think of it cancel that beer; I'll have a wine spritzer instead.

We don't keep firearms in this house.

What is Hockey Night in Canada?

I just couldn't find anything at Canadian Tire today; maybe we should try IKEA.

Awwww.....Tim Horton's again? There is a Starbucks just down the street.

I've got Corona's for the Grey Cup party!

Shame about Moose Jaw getting hit by that mudslide (...earthquake, tornado, volcano, avalanche..etc)

Could I be served in French?

Sorry we don't carry Pilsner.

Nope, no more for me, I'm snowmobliing home.

Who is Don Cherry?

What's a Touque?

My favorite is the last one! You know it!

Now someone will counter this with a "Things You'll Never Hear in Southern Cal" thread.

Hello chewey46 it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?
