No doubt, I can't imagine there being a lot to do for young people. I'm happy I grew up in a large-ish city.

If you guys are comfortable booking it home alone it should work out alright.
We haven't set the route in stone, save the beginning. Harrison West forest service to Pemberton. Hurley to Bralorne. Then maybe camp at Kingdom lake. From there we get to the good stuff, but you guys could head home if you wanted on Saturday. We are leaving Friday morning, and may go home with you Saturday night, or wheel until we have to go home. We took Monday in case we find something really fun.
Sloquette? D'Arcy? Whatever we decide. I got maps out the wazoo.
Thanks Max-9 for this great sig line
Is it "Manly" to shoot beer out of your nose while laughing....
LOL!........Ya Drunk Drivin Nick Nolte knucklehead.
That's too bad. I ended up doing the trip twice in the last week. On the 31st, we went up the Sea to Sky highway, through Whistler, over to Pemberton, then down to Sloquet Hot Springs. Camped further down at the A frame on Harrison Lake. Drove the rest of the way back to a buddie's place in Maple Ridge. Then the following weekend (the 7th) we went back up Harrison West, went to Sunrise lake, then to 42k. Carried on up to the hot springs again, then came back to 42k. Even made it to Stave lake during the week. Didn't see any FJC's, but I did see a group of Delica van owners at the hot springs.
We went to Chehalis instead. I did get my wheeling fix, but not as extravagant.
The road is washed out if any are thinking of it. We hit the dead bridge on the main trail, then picked some random one and climbed some mountain. We camped at the top. I have lots of pics I'll post in the trail report section.
Hope they fix they bridge... the Harrison FSR took years to fix. We just crossed the river while it was down but there was no way to do this at the bridge that was out to Chehalis.
