We didn't get much snow in Calgary, although the little bit we did get drifted around a lot. It was real windy here.
I'm heading to Red Deer today for work. I don't mind the cold and wind. I'm just hoping the snow stays away for a bit longer.
I believe we only got about 7 cm of snow (in the Edmonton area) but it was the wind that caused all the drifting that was the problem. It was hard to shovel because the wind packed it quite hard.

I think it was more like 10cm (4") that fell, but you're right, it packed so hard in spots you could almost drive on top of the drifts. It took my son and I at least an hour and a half to scrape and shovel the driveway. Check out my Avatar, I don't have that big of a driveway.

I had a blast on Monday breaking trail where knowone had been or wanted to go. Man this thing goes anywhere. I was driving through 3-4' of snow no problem. (it wasn't hard packed everywhere) The D!ck Cepek tires work very well in the deep snow.

Hey jferg, I notice you live in St. Albert as well. We should hook up some time. I'll drop you a PM.

Gotta love snow, and the FJ! I have never had so much fun in the snow with a vehicle. Many paths I have opened up for my co-workers and thier Echos.
