2 Brand New Fj's on the lot...

Every time I drive by the Toyota dealership I'm always checking to see if he's got any new Fj's- just noticed two new babies on the lot- a sun-fusion and titanium metallic. Don't know whether AT/MT, didn't have time to take a closer look.

We've been getting quite a few up here in Timmins- and they've been going fast! Pretty good vehicle for the sh*te roads up here, though.

I cruised through a local lot here the other day and they had like 10 in stock all sandstorm's and bricks. Not moving very fast here anymore, in fact the 08's just finally hit the lots here like 6-8 weeks ago because they had so many 07's.

Weird. There are very few that I see on the lots that I drive by up here.
When I took mine in for service the fleet manager was telling me that they are having trouble keeping them in since as soon as they touch down most of them are presold.

Are they running any FJ TV ads up there in Canada? That could be why they're always rolling out the door in the north-country. Haven't seen an FJ ad yet in NY, NJ or PA either!

Nope- my wife and I both commented that there don't seem to be any Fj ads up here. Every time I'm out driving though, I notice people staring- seems like that's all the advertising the Fj needs!

Re: 2 Brand New Fj's on the lot...

I had noticed the same thing around my neck of the woods.....I rarely ever saw more than one or two on a lot with the 07's.....Now that the '08s are out it seems a bit sporadic really...Some dealerships have 4 or 5 on hand and others have none....Funny part is I NEVER see a base model anywhere. Most of the 08s I have seen come with the off road package which points them at the $40K mark......scary stuff.
