Canadian Trail Team Edition Question

I saw that the TT was finally coming to Canada, and saw one at an outdoor show last week in TO...BUT, it did not have the blacked out bumper or door handles (see image below). A few Canadians have reported seeing/buying a CDN TT with the black outs. To add to the confusion, Toyota Canada's website shows the TT with silver trim...does anyone know what is really going on?

That kind of looks like an Iceburg with black TRD rims. No aux lighting either.

You Canadians are getting jipped!

Re: Canadian Trail Team Edition Question

The one that I just bought is all blacked out... not too sure why the one at the car show has silver bits. The only thing that we don't get here is the aux lights...

Good to hear sauce, the 'Storm Trooper' look is really bad ass. Maybe the display model from the outdoor show and the model pictured is a pre-release version or something.

From what I've been reading we don't get the TRD exhaust either.

Nothing like paying 10k more for less options

It must get confusing at the Hino factory with all the different specs for the same model name....that stinks.

Re: Canadian Trail Team Edition Question

I asked at my dealership here on the east coast and they said they had the numbers to order one but no specific pricing ,,,,But that was about 5 weeks ago too.....They said start thinking around $40K and you will be handy ...Makes what I paid for my '07 C package sound pretty darn good .......lol
