Sorry to hear that, the cv band are none problems, there are tsb on them from my understanding they are an easy, fix but it suck to get the shaft from the dealers same thing with mine.try to look at the good side now you can fix it your self and you got a spare think mine cost around 90 bucks from lordco without the core charge. bring in your old one and get the extra good one for spare. Helps if you got friends there that wont charge core.thats how I got my spare. As for the warranty ALL YOU CAN DO IS CALL TOYOTA CANADA and ***** at them highly doubt it will help.Good luck and keep us posted

p.s changed mine myself took less than a 1 1/2 hours easy easy easy

Yup.....changing it is no problem for me. Except the time....rather be playing with my girls. I'm more pissed at the dealership and the $ 3000.00 wasted dollars on the ECP I bought.

get the girls helping never to young or to old to pick up a wrench!!!!!!!!!!!my boys love turning a wrench for a round 10 minutes then breaktime play for a bit turn wrench and start all over there 6 and 7. but it lets me hang out with them!!!!!!!good luck and enjoy the time when we have it with them
