We have our Grand Opening date set for the NEW BUILDING!!! It looks AWESOME!!!

The Date is for
SATURDAY
DEC 10th
12-5pm

We want to do an Off Road Showcase for your Members!
Meaning….we REALLY would like to have as many of your Group members there to show off their Off-Road Toyota Vehicles and have Trophy's for BEST OF SHOW, HIGHEST LIFT, etc…

We will be doing a BBQ all day (FREE), stuff for the kids (face painting, balloon animals and such - ALSO FREE), a LIVE Band will be playing from 3 - 5pm (THEY ROCK!) and at the end of the day, we'll be giving the Trophy's Away to your Members. We may even be able to recruit NEW Members for ya too.

Can you spread the word and let me know how many folks will be attending?
If you can give me a round-about number by MID November (11/15/11) that would be AWESOME!
I would then need to know a more exact number by the end of Nov.
