Anyone use their service here in Colorado? If so how well does it work up in the mountains and around town?
I got AT&T now, no real complaints except I am not using any where close to the package minutes on the cheapest plan (I got over 5000 rollover minutes now).
We used to use Nextel when I had my tech business, it sucked. Not sure about sprint now that they've combined. AT&T definitely has the best service in the mountains.
I wouldn't use Sprint if they were the last cell phone carrier in the world. It is that bad.
Everything is in India. Billing, credits, overall experience and product were horrific.
It was the single worst exeperince I have ever had with a company. And I have dealt with many. Run.

t-mobile has wonderful coverage up here.. and well you know we've got to have the best reception to dispatch plumbing calls up here

I'd run from sprint. I carry both T-Mobile (personal) and Verizon (work) with me, they're both pretty good, but Verizon has slightly better coverage in the mountains.

I used to work for a cellular company several years ago and that was what I heard quite often from new customers coming over to our service, but I also heard them say other markets they lived in were better as far as reception, it was agreed though that the customer service sucked and that was before they started outsourcing, so I am sure it's gotten worse.

T-mobile, is what a few at work carry and they told me overall they liked the service, but they had several dead spots one of them being where we work.
Verizon was one of my first choices, but my parents were here visiting last week and they couldn't get any signal as soon as we hit the foothills, may have been his phone as I have heard good things about them here.
Argghh, decisions!!! Wouldn't be so bad if there was a 1 year contract thing with them, but they have all gone to 2 year contracts and 2 years of something that doesn't work for you would suck.
definnitely keep in mind the phone you have has a great deal of where you get reception and where you dont.
Bill and I both have tmobile but have different phones. Mine gets reception where his won't and visa versa. I noticed the razor has fantastic reception...but the smaller razor's do not. My sidekick has great reception... but there's some wierd dead spots where Bill has perfect reception..

We have AT&T and get great reception. We have travelled to the East coast and never a problem. The mountains we never had a prob with either, except up on the trails, in and out.
