Help, in need of used parts and excess metal

I need used parts.

looking for skid plates, 3" of lift any way i can get it, plate steal 1/4" and 1/8"
tires that are 40%+ in 35x12.5x17

if you know of anyone or anywhere local (denver area) that may have or can help find some of this i'd be so thankful (12 pack thankful) plus cost.

Question Re: Help, in need of used parts and excess metal

no help here, but...
So, are you going to try to build your own skid plates?

All Phase Offroad in Longmont it blowing out the last of their FJ and Tacoma skids for only $150.00. The sale price is not listed on their web page just drop my name to get that pricing. Don

FJ Cruiser Front engine/tranny skid plate at All Phase Off Road
It will not work with a diff drop kit without modifications. It has a very snug fit for the most ground clearance.

OK, cool.
So, how tough is that stuff?
Also, which area did you cover with the plate, and do you have enough left to make another one?

Thanks, Don.
So, this seems really cheap.....what's wrong with it?
Are they just about to release a new and improved model?
Also, their description says that some drilling is required. What needs to be drilled, the plate or the vehicle, and is it something that any old guy can do with regular tools, or do I need to have a shop do it for me?

Yep. I can call them when I get home tonight, but since Don seemed to know so much about it, I figured I'd ask him in case I could find out sooner this way.
Thanks, J.

So, this seems really cheap.....what's wrong with it? Nothing wrong with them. I've had mine on since '06. And one on my '01 Tacoma. Just a local shop not wanting to sit on inventory during these hard times. By far the best deal.
Are they just about to release a new and improved model? Nothing new in the works.
Also, their description says that some drilling is required. What needs to be drilled, the plate or the vehicle, and is it something that any old guy can do with regular tools, or do I need to have a shop do it for me? I "think" but call first. You only have to drill 2 holes in a cross member if you have a manual. The holes are pre-drilled on the skid. NO drilling with auto. Bolt-on install for people with AT's.
I don't know how many they have left. Much easier than building your own for this price.

Andrew,
keep checking Craigslist there was a lift kit on there a few days ago. If you need help with your lift or compressing your coils once you get a lift let me know.
