This is from yesterday...another foot or so has fallen since then. We have probably 20" on the ground now and the snow is still falling! Just drove up to Wadsworth/Bowles to buy a snowblower. The FJ does much better than the Subaru I traded in, and I doubt the snowblower would have fit in the back. No problems with the FJ!
Sorry for the bad picture quality. This is my FJ on Wednesday night. I have been finding excuses to venture out into the snow these last two days. Good times!

On my way home from the store yesterday evening, I saw a pickup with trailer stuck in a ditch. I stopped to check on him, and offered to pull him out.
He said that he had a friend with a Jeep on the way. I asked 'how long?", and he said 'hopefully just 10 minutes, but if you want to get me out now, that's cool'.
I was turning around to get into position, and there came his Jeep friend. So, I just bailed....he said he'd be fine.
Man!! I've been scouring the ditches for folks to help, but it's just not happening as much yet this time around here. I usually help out at least one person per day during snow storms like this.
Oh well, I suppose we'll have more snow :P
I do have some photos from the past couple days, but nothing real exciting.

Re: 2009 Snowstorm
I was wheeling up on Grand Mesa during that storm. There was almost 2 ft on the ground but it was coming down so hard and fast it looked to be 10 ft very soon! Temp was only 12 degrees and I was running my defroster on high when my already craked windshield poped and a major crack ran all the way across. Had to replace it soon after.
