I just thought I'd let people know I finally found the FJ I was looking for. The particular FJ I wanted was a Black 4x4 AT with only CQ, GY and DL. None of the dealerships near me could get one like this without ordering it. Most would lie and say Toyota is not making FJs that don't have an upgrade package with the side curtain airbags. I had seen a few online so I knew they existed. Well I finally found the one I wanted through the southeast distribution network. I wrote up a Vehicle Sale Agreement document and had my lawyer look it over to make sure I was covered. I offered them basically $500 above invoice and they came back the next day and agreed to my terms. I'll let you all know how the flight down there and picking up the car goes. Here's a copy of the document I wrote up if any one else wants to use something like this. I am not a lawyer, nor do I claim that this document is valid or should be used. Blah blah blah.

Well I didn't want them removing stuff from the FJ to make it cheaper or to change it in any way from the original vehicle description. What's so amusing about it?
The correct phrase is "such as but not limited to:"
Sorry, it's just that it seems a lot of work went into making the legal jargon and something as elementary as that was missed... gives the sentence a completely different meaning.
whoops, you're right. Well at least I have the phrase "interior modifications and exterior modifications" which I think would cover just about everything.
