Hello, I am in Long Beach CA and looking for the best deal on a 07 or 08 4x4 fj with locking diff and option pkg 2. Has anyone recently had a great buying experience (good deal) in the so cal area? What was the final OTD price you paid and where? Any info will be great, as I'm really looking forward to the new FJ!!!
I found a link to what I think is a good deal on an 08. If it was sun fusion I would buy it, but it is Sandstorm. $26,000 puts it about $400 over invoice. It has upgrade #2 carpet floor mats and the convience package. Should work out ot be $28,300 out the door
I just got an 07 4x4 auto with runnign boards, brush guard w/lights, upgrade2, convenience, roof rack, TRD wheels, and side curtains for $28,400. $5000 under MSRP. I leased for $379 a month w/$2000 down. I drove up to Putnam Toyota in Burlingame becasue they have Northern Ca lease money special. The money factor is .00012(.28%) vs .00285 in so cal(6.5%). I think it ended yesterday but check with toyota.

That is a pretty good deal! I just got a 2007 FJ with package 1, conveinance package, AT, side curtain airbags, etc. for 26500. I tried to get it down to under 26000 without any luck. However, i was in northern Virginia.
thanks to all of you for the input. the 2007 didn't work out, as i was quoted on a vehicle that, unkown to me...was going to be a dealer trade and when i showed up to buy my fj...it wasn't there . so i think it's a sign i need an 08. and i like the new key with built in alarm button. i'm checkin with manhattan beach in the morning. sandstorm>>>hmmmm the color is growing on me.

I just saw an ad for Toyota of Simi Valley...they are offering all 5 of their remaining 2007 FJ Cruisers at $7000 off of MSRP!! That's amazing...they are all autos and 4x4. 4 of them are blue and one is black cherry.
Screamingly good deal...too bad they don't have my color or tranny choice.
Where in Long Beach? I used to live in Belmont Shores back in the late 80's when I was going to CSULB. I lived in one of the salmon colored apts near the corner of Granada and Ocean. Cant miss them.
