I did the internet thing and had several dealers responding. Got it for $500 below invoice from Sierra Toyota in Sierra Vista. The MSRP was just over 31K and they sold it to me for 27,056. Has all the upgrades, except for the lame "running boards". It has AT,roof rack, 6 spoke alum wheels, electric lkr, atrac, backup sensors, tow package, tire cover,400w outlet,leather wheel, instrument cluster,9 spkrs w/sub, psngr armrest, storage on the rear door, floor mats, first aid kit (big deal). I wish it had the offroad tires but that'll come later. I was going to get the offroad pkg but I liked the options on this one.
Salesman's name was Mike Cameron, great guy.
I could have got the same deal from Superstition Toyota in Mesa (500 below invoice), salesman was Mohammad, but Sierra Vista was a closer drive for me than Mesa.

Thanks! I ended up going with the Brick. It was between Voodoo Blue, Brick and Sandstorm in that order and this one had all the options with a great price so here am. Yeah, I'll post up some pics when i get a chance.
Oh yeah, I ordered full skid plates and sliders from AllPro, and a Rough Country 3" about 10 minutes ago. Would have gone 6" but you know, gotta buy tires too if I go 6", wife, and all that stuff
