One More Deal Opinion Please!!!

Ok I want to thank everyone who advised on my first deal post. I just wanted some more opinions on this deal. First off let me start out by telling you I am trading in a 06 Tacoma 4 door Sport Edition w/ 24,000 miles and in excellent condition. So here are my numbers.

$22,000 for my trade in.
$26,205 08 Black Diamond 4X4
It has the off road package, with the required Convenience package and another convenience package w/ trailer hitch, roof rack and spare tire cover. At Kelly Blue Book packages are OF, CQ, C7.

Please let me know what you think before I take the plunge and get it.

Sounds like a good deal to me. I paid that much for an '07 2WD back when the dealers weren't dealing that much!! I would say go for it!!

They're giving you a pretty good deal on your trade. Most dealers I've ever talked to wanted to give me like 4K under private party value for a trade on an RX330 and I ended up selling it for 2K over the private party value myself. That's a good price on the '08 too. Maybe you can show them the Edmund's invoice prices and see if they'll knock anything else off or toss anything else in for you.

A dealer offered me 26,786.00 for:

On a 4whd fj with the weather mats,first aid kit,center arm rest,rear door storage,(fyi..those things are all in the same pkg)convenience pkg,and rear differential..MSRP is $29.708.00 and invoice is $26,786.00...let me know where I need to be to earn your business...

I dont know if this includes the off road package, didnt follow up on that.
