2008 for 27,547

Looking into buying thru USAA and they say their pre-negotiated price for a 2008 Brick red with upgrade pkg 1, convenience pkg (c7) and the roof rack mounted lights is 27,547.

Does this sound like a good deal?

I would check that amount against the invoice price on edmunds or kelly blue book and go from there.

I just bought mine, an 08' sandstorm with upgrade #2 (subwoofer) rack, 6 speed and conv package for $26-something. I just wish I couldve gatten the BFG a/ts instead of the duellers. Price also depends on area of the country.

Are these prices out the door prices or with tax, title and destination charges? Thanks!

I'm curious too! Dealerships are telling me 26500 for FJs with similar options not OTD. Let us know please!

Re: 2008 for 27,547

It's a pretty good starting point. If the FJ you're looking at has other options that you're not really interested in, use that as a bargaining tool. I got my spare tire cover, brush guard, lights, and a few other things pretty much taken off my deal. I got about $800 under Edmund's invoice back in the summer. You can always walk out and never mention that you're going to do financing through them or anything. Good luck...you can't really go wrong..you'll love the FJ.

LOL you guys still did better than I did. 2008 FJ Cruiser Trail teams for 32,800 (paid stikcer)...Funny thing is I worked at that dealership 4 years ago....

I got screwed but oh well..it was something I wanted.
