Those four holes by the hitch... Is that to tie a cable to the trailer instead of shelling out the extra bucks to buy a hitch?

I'm waiting for some parts to come in to figure out the back up sensors.
The bumpers are being built right now. We are working out all the building bugs making sure our fixture works the same for all the bumpers. I think we almost have a complete bumper ready to show maybe on monday.
They look good.
