Thanks for posting what I wanted to say. We will most likely do a package deal for customers on the complete set up of bumpers sliders and skid plates.
We are a small shop and it is sometimes difficult to produce this stuff in house and make a buck. Allot of companies like us will source our there products to China, Mexico or just a quick and dirty fab shop. While that is the right way to do things if you want to make money. That is not our way.

There is a old saying about Toyota that we strive to mimic. "Toyota is in the business of building trucks, Ford is in the business of selling trucks" We are trying to build good products and as long as we can keep the lights on we will continue to do so.

I'm not saying we won't have a group buy on the rear bumpers but it would be more likely to see a full armor package that discounts everything. We may even do a retroactive thing where if you already have the front bumper you get a special price for the rear bumper.
But I need to build them first. Thanks again for your post!
Who could really ask for anything more than a discounted rate for buying a package deal? This is win-win in my book. And yes, I vote / encourage you to offer the package retroactively to those who have purchased your front bumpers as I don't feel the should be penalized for not buying a product that was not even available.

Please refrain from the practices of cellphone companies, where discounts only are for the johnny-come-lately's. Good businesses reward loyalty, IMHO

Does this mean I get first dibs on the prototype bumper that Jason has on his truck?

You probably need to ask him! Go ahead and be proactive; don't wait until he offers it for 400 bucks

...but yeah that would complete your set of 'prototype' bumpers.

We started a list for the rear bumper. If you want to be on that list feel free to call or e-mail us with your phone number, e-mail, screen name, options you might like and how soon you would be ready to purchase the bumper.
James,

Is it possible to update the first post of this thread to list the people in order who have signed up and are ready to buy? I believe I signed up early and just want to make sure I am still on the list. I would also like to see how long the list has gotten. I like they way it's looking and can't wait to see the final product.

Thanks,
Rick

Did you send an email to Demello stating that you wanted to buy a rear bumper? Posting on this thread will not put you on the list (from what I read in Jason's post). I don't think that we need a public posting but if that is what Jason wants to do, so be it.

If you want a bumper, contact Demello...

I would agree with such a policy since I own Demello sliders, front bumper and (soon) rear bumper.

Sorry that one will be thrown in the trash. Part of it was made from 1\8in steel and we don't feel it would hold up to much abuse back there. I'm a little bummed because it's nice to give someone a product for a lower price.

On a side note, we do have the very first front skid plate though if anyone wants it. were done with it now. It's baremetal a little rough and does not have all the same features as the current skid plate. I guess 75.00 for it?

Is it the one without the oil drain hole?
