Demello is packaging the whole system for $4,793.85, including the TC LT and shocks, with options for the fiberglass. Yes it's expensive but hey, you deserve it. There is a lot of custom engineering to get this to work so smoothly, including the hoops, spindle gussets, limit straps, etc.
Thats a good price, why do you have to tempt me Todd, what did I ever do to you.

Great...after I'm now building mine up with the DR's. I do have to say I love the Hoes so far. I do like the TC LT though. If I had to do it again, I would be doing the TC LT. Thats a great price for the "House of Demmelo" to do the install I'm sure Jason is going to be getting alot of work soon. AFTER he builds the new Demello REAR BUMPER
I can hear Jason right now....I gotch ya bumper right here Bit$h

Just curious, why is the fiberglass hood neccessary? Seems to me you would only need the "bedsides" (what do we call these for the FJ =P) and front fenders..
Also, How are the "bedisides" installed, do they just bolt over your current body work? Todd, I remember you saying something about you couldn't remove the OE body because it was a structural item and too difficult to remove.
This is an excellent price.. Especially when you consider the Tacoma LT kit will cost you $3400 alone w/out besides/fenders.

Hood is needed to match the new higher fender line. If you didn't install the fiberglass hood you would have about an 1" gap from top of hood to top of fender.
The "Bedsides" are actually "rear fenders" and you are correct they are installed over the existing fenders as you are right again with the rear being structurally important. Todd used dzus fasteners to attach the fiberglass rear fenders over the stock fenders.
