Yes have patience. Try calling again Monday. They are a busy place because they have great stuff. Jason or Chris or someone will get back to you. I ordered the front bumper October 21. They called this week to tell mr it was going out for powder coating and would be shipped Friday or next week sometime. I don't mind waiting for a quality product. Typically takes 4-6 weeks from order date. Did you order/try to order it from their website ?

Ya i tried ordering through the website but its a lil sketchy when choosing all the options for the bumper. Im really not trying to come across as a whiner lol. I just wanted to give them a heads up to check their email folder on their website.
As for calling them to order... I can only do that on fridays, as the rest of the week i am away from a telephone.

Yes there is a problem with their website when selecting the options. I had this problem also. I ordered the powder coating, center hoop and Acro lights. But the order came up minus the center hoop. So I added a message to include the center hoop for the additional money. They responded by saying they would. If you don't mind me asking WTW, where in Ontario are you from ??

Im in Bowmanville... bout an hour east of Toronto. I see you are in Kingston, how much did you pay for shipping? I was hoping they didint use FedEx as the last time i had a bumper shipped with them it was lost at the border and became a long fight between them and the supplier to get a replacement(4 months)
I've known Jason for some time he's a great guy, I'm sure he will contact you soon. It always amazed me what he could do with tubing and bubble gum..LOL, he really does make some nice stuff.
