I just wanted to take a minute and apologize to all our loyal customers. Our product shipments have fallen behind or been delayed because we are working hard to improve our processes and hiring the best employees.
We have also been improving our suppliers and that in it self has lead to some lead time increases while we re-tool and restructure how things are done. In the end these changes were very necessary and will improve our turn around time on even our custom orders.
I'm very excited to say that things are changing now and we are catching up on allot of back ordered items that we have been promising for months. We are also working on more products for the FJ.
So again I'm sorry if you are one of our customers waiting for a product. Some orders will go out as soon as today and we expect to be completely caught up with current orders in the next couple of weeks. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly at Jason@demello-offroad.com

Jason, I honestly have been debating where to spend my mod money, and I had some concerns about how long it takes to get your product. But your honest with the people here about what's going on, and your working to make things better with your buisness so you can provide us with quality product. I gotta tell you that means alot to me as a potential customer. The that fact that you are being innovative in exploring better after market options for the FJC community really seals it for me. Everyone that buys your product is always super pleased with their product, and the craftsmenship is top notch. I'll be a loyal customer for that reason alone. Thanks for communicating with us, it makes a difference.
