Re: Pics of my bumper

DO called back and they are working to fix my issues.

As "1 BORED CLERK" posted up, maybe I'm just the customer who had all of the bad luck, and its a 1 time thing. I hope that's the case. For you guys who keep looking at me as the bad guy put yourself in my shoes.

I'll post up when DO gets back to me and this thread can be locked or deleted.

Re: Pics of my bumper

The guys at DO just called me back and have corrected the situation.

Thanks to Jason for understanding my situation and making it right.

I'm sorry it had to come to this and once again I hope the problems I had were just a one time occurance.
From the posts on this thread I can see DO has many loyal customers. DO came highly recommended by people on here, Pirate, and TTORA so they obviously do good work.

Moderators, you can lock this or delete it or whatever.

Re: Pics of my bumper

I love how you can't call somebody a prick on this forum, but you can verbally abuse, assault and belittle them. Well done mods.

I was hoping to get to Gilmer for the big get together on the 19th but my work schedule is making that difficult. I'll get out there for Memorial day though. I got a score to settle with Spider's Ravine By then I'll hopefully be lifted

There stance is it's our customers responsibility to not accept the product if it's damaged or missing parts.
That's funny that this is their stance.

The UPS drivers I have had both here and Oklahoma are always back in the truck before whatever they were delivering has come to a complete rest on front step from tossing it up there. Or walking up to the door, ringing the door bell and dropping the package.

By the time I get to the door all I hear is their gears winding.

I have never had a chance to inspect anything before they leave. Of course, I guess you can't blame them much for UPS understaffing, I think UPS needs to reevaluate their stance.
