Thumbs up Jason has gone above and beyond for me and deserves recognition!! :)

I think everyone should know what Mr. D has done for me tonight.

Last Friday I dropped off my truck to have front and rear ARB air lockers installed by Demello Off-Road. Today I got a call telling me that it might take a little longer than he expected and could I pick it up tomorrow instead.

Well, I really couldn't because my husband, Keith, has an off-roading class in Grand Junction Saturday and Sunday. He needed to get on the road tonight!

I just received a text from Keith telling me that Jason stayed THREE HOURS later than when his shop usually closes just to get it all working and finished up. This, my friends, is what I call going above and beyond to make one little customer happy.

Jason and Kimberly, thank you SO very much for making sure our plans could happen!! I won't forget this!

Thank you but really, I was just fustrated it took so long. Everything was working good when it left. The manifold is still leaking a little bit. We will have to order anther one from Seth. I have never seen a plug do that before. That added about 2 hours to the mess along with a few other things.

Nice. You don't find too many great shops/businesses like this any more.

Do you want me to call Seth? I can have Keith stop by on his way home from GJ. Let me know. Or I can bring it up another day.

Thank you again, Jason! You have no idea how much I appreciate this!

Re: Jason has gone above and beyond for me and deserves recognition!! :)

jason's a great guy. when my sliders got delayed at the powdercoaters and weren't going to be delivered in time for me to install them before heading to ouray last year, he volunteered to haul them to ouray for me.

i met up with mr. and mrs. demello at the lodge we were all staying at and received the sliders. boy, was i a happy camper. i installed them right there in the parking lot in the rain. suh-weeeeet!
