MT6 TRD SE Shifter Knobs

I have a question about Bandi request for making the TRD SE shifter knobs. (I know from looking at your work that it is very detailed and 100% quality.) My question is how close can you get them (Shifter and Transfer Case Knobs) if not exact to the originals? Like for example weight, polish, engravings (TRD and shift pattern), color (black with red lettering). I know from what I have seen of your work if it can be done you are the one to do it. Thanks

Re: MT6 TRD SE Shifter Knobs

The knobs I am working on are very close to the TRD shifters, but I will only be doing silver through black. If you want red lettering, I would suggest painting them red with Testors enamel paint, for model planes and such.

I had a manufacture date all lined up, but it fell through. They are coming though

They will have a 3D engraved shift pattern, aluminum colored through black anodize. I will also be offering a Delrin (black plastic) option for climate sensitive areas. I don't know about the weight yet... though.

Thanks Dude! I am still working on your request too...

Thanks Joel. I can't wait to see pics of your idea. I still don't have FJ yet, so no rush. Keep me posted.

Nope. Just was waiting on a lathe... have access to one now. I'm swamped at the moment but I'd say before the end of June...
