Attaching grill badge?

Ok am I a tard or missing hardware? I got two screws and two washers but the washers easily fit through the gaps in the grill, and don't reach all the way through, well almost. How do you attached these things? Help!

Re: Attaching grill badge?

I found it best to remove your front grill, then I used some fender washers that were bigger, then tighten it down...Mine is on there real good, it's not going anywhere...I hope this helps.

Yep thanks. I was wondering if that was all it was. I thought maybe there was a trick to it.

I pitched those holes out to 25mm on my grille so those wahsers would work, but if the screws aren't fitting I must have sent you the wrong length...? I only stock 5mm for grille badges thus far so maybe I ordered a box of wrong hardware. I will check and send you the correct hardware if need be.

Sorry Bishop!

No way!

So did you need new hardware? The difference in length was only a couple mm and probably wouldn't have mattered.

These things are giving me NIGHTMARES!

I'll take the grill off and try it and let you know. Bet you didn't think it was going to be that big a pain when you agreed to it huh?
