k&n air filters for low mileage fjs?

hello all, semi newbie here again.
i have 900 miles on my fj, and i was wondering is there a certain amount of time to wait to put in a K&N filter or a certain amount of miles? also same goes for putting a lift on. also wondering if either of these mods screws with the warranty. thank you all for your help...

Doesn't matter when you put the K&N in, it will not void your warranty. The TRD filter is just like, if not even made by, K&N. Lifts will void only the parts you removed or if the dealer can prove that your alterations or lift caused the failure of other parts. Those parts then would not be covered.

see post 5. And no, unless of course you didnt tighten the shocks down and you threw em out and they damaged something and then it would be your fault for not using a torque wrench to tighten em down and the dealership would laugh at you...

Ron I thought you wouldnt go for a lift? I thought you were the tricked out stereo guy?

K&N Air Filter installed around 200 miles (but can be done at any time). In fact, doing my first cleaning session today @ 5,000 miles.
