Mobil Clean 5000 Oil

Anyone used the Mobil Clean 5000 dino oil? Planning my first oil change at 1100 miles. I've used Mobil oil in the past on previous cars, but never this Mobil 5000. What's the best/recommended dino oil out there? I will switch to synthetic (Mobil 1 or Redline) at around 10,000 miles.

Thanks much!

In Dino oil I am a big fan of the Valvoline product, just check out the color.
Almost clear.

Re: Mobil Clean 5000 Oil

Funny, I just changed my oil at 1,195 miles last week with Mobil Clean 5000. Will go to a full synthetic at 5000 miles. Surprised to notice that the motor seems happier now that its gotten all that phlegm out!

I think I'll go with the Mobil Clean 5000 as well. Any others tried it yet? I hate to start another "favorite oil poll", but what are ya'll using?

Re: Mobil Clean 5000 Oil

I am using it now. Have a 1000 miles on it now, and will probably run it to 4000 before I change it. We have run Mobil Oil at work for years and have had 0 problems. Might go to Mobil 1 after 15,000 or so.
