Is the horse power i got with supercharger enough?

2007 FJ cruiser with the following:

Doug Thorley long tube headers and AFE exhaust
K&N cold air intake and filter
TRD supercharger with it full kit including 7th injector and water cooler
URD smaller super grip pulley 2.85 instead of 3' TRD one
unichip that is custom tuned
33" tire size and expedition one front bumper

before installing the TRD supercharger, I had it custom tuned and i got 197whp.

after installing the Supercharger i got 270whp !! is that enough? shouldn't i get at least 80 or 90 horse power on the wheel since i have the DT hraders and smaller pulley??

I was just shocked because i only gained 73 whp after the TRD Supercharger !!!

I don't know i want you to advise me if that is enough hp, or if the tuner didn't tune it well.
does the elevation effect that much?

keep in mind that i live in Denver, Co "Mile high state"

please advise me and i will appreciate your help

Re: Is the horse power i got with supercharger enough?

Invest in a better EMS setup and you can gain a bit more.

Whether it is enough power or not is a pretty opened ended question.

Whether you should have more with that setup is difficult to tell due to not knowing the dyno parameters (original and the with supercharger) or how its tuned.

Did you reflash the ECU with the TRD or is the unichip all you are running?

I didn't need to reflash the ECU because i have the unichip which i should get more power from

Just guessing and purely a guess without knowing more, but I'd spend more time in money on tuning. Did your tuner just run a basemap from unichip or did they actually dial everything in?

Unichip can work fine, it just isn't adaptive like some of the other solutions on the market.

Brian, by "adaptive", do you mean that it (or some solutions?) will calibrate/compensate to an extent by itself? Do some units actually "tune" themselves and adjust to A/F ratio?

the tuner tuned the unichip from the beginning because the map it has suposed to go with DT and air intake and filter. as he said "timing is good and i don't want to change it, A/F is about in mid 11"

I also got the Flux2 "new product from unichip" which allows to have 5 different map. I asked him if he can use 2 maps one for fuel efficiency and another for racing, just to have more hp" but he said you'll need only one map. when driving normal it will be fuel efficiency and when pushing the throttle it will be fast and consume more gas.

the thing is.. TRD supercharger should increase the horse power by 80-110 hp.. and i only got 73 even though i have the smaller pulley

Has your tuner done your combo before? If so, he should have the answers for you. If not, you should find a tuner that is familiar with your engine and sc tuning.

seriously idk if he tuned such as this car before, but he did the custom tune when i had the DT headers and the unichip..

I really want to see another tuner to find out, but he is the only Unichip Certifies Tuner in Colorado

Get a standalone and tune it yourself. Its not as hard as it seems and there's plenty of resources out there to help you.
