There are no less than 4 other active threads covering this subject quite extensively. A lot of great info there that does not need repeating.

2. See the list of vendors on this site. There are many.
3. Probably.. It's an easy install. Do it yourself.
4. Not in my opinion.

As far as answering question #2, I searched a lot sites but got this tip here. Sparks Toyota + free shipping. Ordered mine yesterday...

I've read in some other threads that it is louder that stock. This is usually true of any CAI but I thought it was worth mentioning since someone could consider this a drawback.
