Everyones' Fuel Economy Has Gone Down this Winter, Right?

Didn't someone say there is a "winter mix" of gas that is affecting us? I hope this changes back to the summer mix soon. My mpg is terrible and it used to be halfway decent. 260 miles out of a tank this weekend....boo

I lost about 4 mpg (almost instantly) beginning in October/November.

The summer blend should actually be out this month.

I am getting worse mileage than you. I just get terrible mileage with the manual with my MT/R's. I live a mile away from work so I think the constant short trips are even worse. I am hoping to see an increase in MPG in the summer too.

here, here -I lost roughly 5 miles per gallon. I originally placed blame on my winter tires - but, who know what the real culprit is.

When it started getting cold enough for me to start using my remote start, I quite checking my mpg's. I'm sure my mpg has suffered with the "winter blend" and remote starter.

Question Re: Everyones' Fuel Economy Has Gone Down this Winter, Right?

I am lucky if I get 250mile per tank.

I just got my FJ this winter. What are some of you folks getting for mileage in the better weather months?
