K & N Filter........

Hey All,

I am now using a K & N filter on my 07. Is some clown at Toyota say I have now voided my warranty?

Re: K & N Filter........

Never heard of such non-sense I put a K&N in my truck the next day I bought it. Been to the dealer a few times and never an issue. You probably just got a moron.

No stock filter replacement is voiding your warranty. If anything was going to void your warranty, dealing with fliters, it would by a CAI, and toyota sells thier TRD.

My dealer has put on a ton of aftermarket parts, not once saying my warranty is voided.

Re: K & N Filter........

I am just waiting delivery on my FJ and one of the upgrades that the dealer recommended to improve fuel economy is a K & N filter system so I doubt what you're hearing is correct.

Black Cherry, VIP alarm, PKG 3, Towing pkg

And they sell the filters right at the dealership.

Re: K & N Filter........

My dealer even cleaned my K&N filter with the proper cleaner/oiler kit...on my '05 Tundra since it's beginnings...now at 80,000 miles plus.
