35 psi on the road
somewhere between 18-22 psi offroad depending on the trail / conditions.

Re: Snorkel, CAI, TRD Exhaust. Christmas comes early for Dragon.

I made this change today in order to make the box just a bit more water resistant. I still never intend to take the truck this deep, but better safe than sorry.

I grabbed some 1/8" thick x 1/4" wide glazing tape (purchased from CR Laurence) and went around the perimeter of the top of the box, outside the bolt hole locations. It is similar to neoprene and should add a fairly good seal.

So after reading your joy, I got impulsive myself and ordered TRD exhaust and CAI. Thanks a lot Dragon! Would you recommend the ECU learned values reset right away? What difference have you noticed since the reset? And just out of curiousity, what did your dealership charge for this seemingly simple bit of ECU resetting?

Congrats on the new mods

I do suggest having the learned values reset right away, only because it might save you some $$ in gas mileage than to wait until it learns it on its' own.

I paid a half hour labor charge ($49) for 2 minutes of work, but to me it was worth it.

Make sure you post up pics

Re: Snorkel, CAI, TRD Exhaust. Christmas comes early for Dragon.

Well you inspired me, I went today to visit the folks at Toyota of Dallas (FJ CRUISER OFFROAD) and ordered the exhaust and CAI. My mod-tastic day will come on Thursday!!!

Thank you Bill, my wallet hates you now.

After buying black lug nuts at 4wp and this stuff and a few little things, my mod money is down from a fat stack of $1200 cash, to around $400. But my wallet only hurts my ass, it won't make me grin like this stuff will.
